Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie, born November 24, 1981 is an American political commentator. She was a former political candidate, and also an anchor on television at MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. In the month of May, 2021 Ball and Enjeti announced that they were leaving the show to start their own project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a co-host along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as well as programs like Real Time With Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball is able to attribute her enthusiasm for politics to having the mother of 2008's primary elections. Also, she watched the US election outcome while in Jordan. She witnessed the impact the election had on the residents of her home country and was moved to see the international impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 until July 2015, she hosted of The Cycle on MSNBC. She created the People's House Project in May 2017 to promote Democratic causes.
